Gembleng Waterfall: Your Fun Guide to a Tropical Paradise!

Gembleng Waterfall is quickly becoming a hot spot for tourists because it’s super beautiful and unique! Located in Sidemen, it’s about a 1.5-hour drive from Ubud or Sanur—perfect for a quick escape into nature. Think of it as a jungle spa with natural infinity pools. Don’t forget your swimsuit!

The waterfall has three levels, each with its own plunge pool, so get ready to soak in some fresh, clear water while admiring the amazing views of cliffs and forests. The pools are small, though, so you might have to wait your turn. But trust us, it’s worth it!

Entrance Fee? No ticket, just a small donation to keep the place nice and clean.

Opening Hours: 7 AM to 5 PM (unless there’s a ceremony). Best to visit on weekdays around 9 AM to avoid crowds!

Fun fact: this place used to be for Balinese cleansing ceremonies, so treat it with respect! And if you’re not into getting wet, there’s a viewing deck with stunning views of rice fields and hills.

Oh, and there’s a cozy little restaurant nearby where you can grab a coconut or some chicken satay after your dip. Yum!

How to Get There? No buses here—rent a scooter or a car. The road gets pretty narrow, so a scooter might be your best bet. Scooters are cheap, too, around Rp70,000 to Rp120,000 a day.
